Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional support for Aladdin environments.
This role involves providing Level 1-3 application support, engaging with stakeholders across the front, middle and back office, and troubleshooting issues related to Order Management Systems (OMS), Performance and Risk Analytics, and Data Warehouse / EDM.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Solid experience with SQL for querying and investigating data issues
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and job scheduling tools (e.g. Autosys)
- Familiarity with SFTP, API logs, or ETL workflows
- Monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics or similar)
- Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes (e.g. ITIL)
- Provide exceptional support for Aladdin environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement across front, middle and back office
- Hands-on troubleshooting, incident response and root cause analysis
- Order Management System (OMS) and Performance and Risk Analytics
- Data Warehouse / EDM and API, file-based or real-time integration troubleshooting
- Aladdin Workspace and Dashboards
