We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Services Business Development expert. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs and identifying potential solutions, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing sales cycles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in services or consulting roles and a solid understanding of the payments industry. You will be required to possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive analysis to understand client requirements and identify potential solutions.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align support with business objectives.
  • Manage sales cycles from needs identification through contractual development and execution.
  • Create engaging sales support materials that articulate the value proposition of Mastercard's services.
  • Ensure engagement quality and lead post-implementation reviews.
  • Contribute to project delivery using core consultancy skills and industry knowledge.

About You:

  • You should have an undergraduate degree and relevant work experience in services or consulting.
  • You should possess excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • You should be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You should be highly motivated and results-driven.
