Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading regional product management initiatives, focusing on business and market insights in the ANZ region.

  • Developing and driving forward product innovation agendas and roadmaps to meet divisional needs.
  • Ensuring successful sales of products through Mastercard's sales teams.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality in customer relationships.

We seek an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing profit and loss, delivering top- and bottom-line success.

  • Ability to effectively build and prioritize regional product roadmaps to meet divisional needs.
  • Innovative leadership to continue evolving product suites and drive future success.
  • Interface with Mastercard leadership across the organization to represent product suites.
  • Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team.
  • Ability to be a client-facing expert sales resource.
  • Development and refinement of delivery models to ensure flawless and efficient delivery.
  • Ensure solutions remain market-leading/competitive.
  • Build strong relationships across Mastercard at all levels.
Requirements
  • Experience with software and/or analytic products, product management & go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience effectively leading teams.
  • Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams.
  • Interest in technology and desire to apply technology to solve problems.
  • Excellent communicator & ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both working teams and senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
