We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

The Coordinator will be responsible for undertaking daily administration tasks, including correspondence, filing and preparation of quotes and event details.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation and private dining restaurant bookings
  • Handling calls, booking appointments and assisting in lead generation and enquiry follow up
  • Working closely with back of house teams to ensure events are coordinated appropriately
  • Conducting site inspections for clients and third party suppliers

The successful candidate will be accountable, adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders from other departments to plan and execute events professionally and efficiently.

This is a key role in providing professional service to guests ensuring their expectations are anticipated and exceeded.

The Conference and Events Coordinator will play a critical role in driving yield and exceeding client expectations.
