As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in planning and overseeing the administration of conferences.

About The Conference Role

The Conference Coordinator is responsible for coordinating conference logistics, including venue management and catering;

Managing speaker communications and travel arrangements;

Developing and implementing event strategies and timelines;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution;

Providing exceptional customer service to delegates and stakeholders;

Utilising events software to manage registrations, abstract submissions and financial transactions.

About You And Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of events management and coordination skills;
  • Exceptional organisational and communication abilities;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience working with events software and platforms;
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in events management or a related field.
Special Considerations

This role may require occasional attendance at meetings, interstate travel or attendance at conferences outside standard working hours.
