Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR systems. Your primary responsibility will be to administer accurate processing of HR transactions in accordance with various policies and practices.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for delivering system changes to support employee work life cycle events and daily system maintenance to ensure data accuracy.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and be able to utilize knowledge management tools to provide accurate information to employees. They will also be able to research and resolve issues according to defined scope and in alignment with local or country/regional legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to drive processes and deliver high-quality services in a dynamic environment
  • Sound judgment to make decisions and display appropriate sense of urgency
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization
