We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Victoria. This role requires a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain maximum retention of existing book by providing exceptional client service.
- Organize and attend internal renewal strategy meetings.
- Attend external client meetings as required.
- Respond promptly to client emails and telephone calls.
This position involves collaborating with account producers/marketers regarding client needs and recommending solutions. It also includes handling complete brokering process on small to mid-size policies within the book, reviewing leases and contract documents, and providing coverage advice to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Insurance License, a minimum of 3-5 years Commercial Lines experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be highly organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a team environment.
