**Job Title:** Strategic Acquisition Lead for Commercial Portfolio

Description:

This is a senior leadership role where you will lead the strategic direction of our commercial department and drive the acquisition of premium commercial properties for high-value portfolios. You will build partnerships to support future fund opportunities and ensure operational excellence in line with client strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions or investment management, strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, and a degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field. A real estate agent's license and ability to gain mutual recognition across Australia are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic direction and operations of the commercial department
  • SOURCE AND ACQUIRE PREMIUM COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES FOR HIGH-VALUE PORTFOLIOS
  • PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE ON PROPERTY ACQUISITION, PORTFOLIO STRATEGY AND DIVESTMENT DECISIONS
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS, PROPERTY OWNERS AND FUND PARTNERS
