Food Safety Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Food Safety Compliance Specialist to support our teams in maintaining compliance to food safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and record findings
  • Provide expert advice on food safety matters to internal and external stakeholders
  • Investigate customer complaints and analyze results
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant food safety legislations
  • Coordinate internal audits and reports
  • Proactively address performance issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field
  • Food Safety Auditing and HACCP Qualification
  • Prior experience in a large food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
