Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Officer. This position involves overseeing the implementation of quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and analyzing product quality and safety metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain policies and procedures that meet SQF standards.
  2. Analyze data from various sources to improve existing quality assurance programs.
  3. Provide training to personnel on SQF and food safety topics.
  4. Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and other quality programs.
  5. Verify accuracy of quality assurance paperwork.
  6. Modify forms to streamline QA workflow and increase transparency.
  7. Assist the Quality Director with special projects and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing operations and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, food microbiology, sanitation practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • SQF Practitioner certification is desirable.
  • Bias for results, high energy, decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
