Social Office Coordinator

We Are Social is a creative agency with a passion for popular culture and social media. We are seeking an Office and P&C Assistant to join our team in Sydney.
As an Office and P&C Assistant at We Are Social, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and inspiring work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
About the Role- Maintaining a positive and productive workspace
- Curating a dynamic atmosphere that sparks collaboration and innovation
- Ensuring every detail contributes to a great experience for staff and clients
You will also provide support to the Operations, P&C, and Leadership teams on various initiatives such as company events, new starter onboarding, Learning and Development, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management:
- Maintain the office at the highest standard possible
- Coordinate clients and internal all-staff events
- Monitor health and safety and implement updates as needed
- People & Culture:
- Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives
- Support Line Managers with recruitment and selection process
- Manage new hire onboarding process
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience, full Australian working rights, and a 'can do' attitude. You should be confident in fostering a positive workplace culture, coordinating memorable events, and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
The salary package offered is between $60,000 and $70,000 per year. This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent.
