Social Media Coordinator

About the Role:
The Social & Influencer Coordinator will provide support to the S&I team through all aspects of the Social & Influencer offering. This includes providing administrative assistance, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the S&I team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Social & Influencer strategies, including content creation and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Passion for the media industry and a strong understanding of Social & Influencer marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
