Office and P&C Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Office and P&C Assistant to join our team at We Are Social. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and inspiring workspace that sparks collaboration and innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including office management, people and culture initiatives, and supporting the CEO with travel and bookings. You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to maintain and manage the Learning & Development initiatives, and assist with the execution of culture-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Contribute to creating a positive environment by building strong relationships with staff across all departments.
- Plan and manage the office environment, including meeting room setup, catering, and overall look of the office.
- Maintain the office at the highest standard possible, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness are upheld consistently.
- Coordinate clients and internal all-staff events, such as our Monday morning kick-off breakfast and weekly team lunch.
People & Culture:
- Support the People & Culture Manager with recruitment and selection process for new hires.
- Manage the new hire onboarding process, including systems setup and diary management.
- Assist with projects to support our P&C Strategy, including updating job descriptions and engagement survey debriefs.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, who is confident in their ability to foster a positive workplace culture and coordinate memorable internal and client events. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritising multiple tasks and projects.

This role is an initial 3 month contract with the possibility to convert to permanent. The salary package offered is between $60,000 and $70,000.
