Office and Workplace Experience Coordinator

We Are Social, a socially-led creative agency, is seeking an Office and People & Culture Assistant to join our team of 60 in Sydney. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fun office environment, building strong relationships with staff across all departments and contributing to making We Are Social a great place to work.
About the RoleThis Office and P&C Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and inspiring workspace. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the office environment, ensuring it meets the highest standards possible. This includes maintaining cleanliness and tidiness, organizing storage, and guaranteeing that meeting rooms are tidy and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to making We Are Social a great place to work by creating a positive environment and building strong relationships with staff across all departments.
- Plan and manage the office environment, including welcome services, meeting room setup, catering, AV equipment, and overall look of the office.
- Maintain the office at the highest standard possible, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness are upheld consistently.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, including security systems, cleaning, air conditioning, furniture, and furnishings.
- Manage the office budget, tracking and reporting on costs related to office supplies, environment, and building services.
- Coordinate clients and internal events, such as weekly team lunches and monthly company meetings, ensuring every detail radiates an energizing vibe.

Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
