Senior Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional social media experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage WIP documents and meeting notes in a timely manner, providing day-to-day updates to your team and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, continually looking for ways to improve the work that you're doing.
- Creative Contribution: Translate client briefs into stellar internal briefs to get your team moving in the right direction, with all the tools they need.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong client relationships at all levels, manage client expectations, especially relating to project budgets and timings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative writing and visual design skills, with the ability to develop engaging social media content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
