We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in construction insurance policies and claims to join our team as a Construction Claims Advocate.
The successful candidate will provide clients with proactive and strategic advice on navigating their claims process with insurers, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution.
Key responsibilities include providing coverage and claims strategy advice to clients, identifying appropriate policies and/or coverages, facilitating the claims process, and monitoring insurer responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience across construction insurance policies/claims including contract works, industrial special risk, and liability claims.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to proactively develop relationships and manage stakeholders with a clear customer focus.
- Calm under pressure with the confidence to discuss complex issues with senior leaders and to lead meetings.
