About the PositionAs a Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support in relation to multiple property insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Process new claims, schedule estimators and submit quotes
- Manage incoming calls and make outbound calls relating to claims
- Update records in internal and client systems
- Prepare and provide documentation related to the claim
- Authorise purchase orders to specialist trades
- Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
- Develop and present scope and contract amendments
- Demonstrated customer service and communication expertise
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Capacity to plan and prioritise tasks
- High level of computer proficiency
- Insurance and/or building industry experience is desirable
This role requires occasional overtime during periods of high demand.
