Education Professional for Diverse Learning Environment

Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta seeks an experienced educator to join our team at St John XXIII Catholic College in Stanhope Gardens. As a Secondary English Teacher, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive learning community that respects and values all students.
We are looking for a flexible, innovative, and creative teacher who can implement modern technology and engaging learning spaces to motivate students. Our school is part of the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD), a system committed to responding to students' needs in a rapidly changing world.
The successful candidate will:
- Design lessons that cater to the physical, social, and intellectual development of each student
- Create a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment and implement fair behaviour management plans
- Analyse student assessment data to identify barriers to learning and challenge students to improve their performance
- Engage with the school community within and beyond the classroom to enrich the educational context for students
- Promote the links between school, home, and community in the social and intellectual development of students
Key requirements include a passion for transformational education, integrated into curriculum and delivered in a faith-based environment. You will also need well-developed communication, administration, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer- Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $105,000
- Competitive salary range according to the NSW And ACT Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2020
