Job SummaryThis role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Teacher Facilitator and Personalised Learning Specialist. As part of our teaching team, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational experience for our students, leveraging your expertise in flexible, innovative, and creative teaching practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for:
- Designing lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, prioritising their physical, social, and intellectual development.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment, implementing fair behaviour management plans.
- Utilising assessment data to diagnose learning barriers and drive improvement in student performance, contributing to enhanced academic achievement.
- Fostering strong relationships within the school community, enriching the educational context for students through collaborative partnerships with parents, carers, and the broader community.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A passion for transformational education, integrated into curriculum and delivered in a faith-based environment.
- Well-developed communication, administration, and interpersonal skills.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree).
