About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Goodstart Glenwood – Glenwood Park Drive. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and enhance learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;">
- Work collaboratively with the senior educator and educational leader to support the implementation of curriculum and assessment strategies;">
- Develop and maintain relationships with families through regular communication and family engagement initiatives;">
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equity, and cultural sensitivity;">
Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 50% discount off your childcare gap fees, up to 6 weeks paid parental leave, paid professional development, two wellbeing days included in your personal leave per year, free annual flu shot (optional), option to purchase extra leave for even greater work life balance, First Nations Support and Cultural Leave, retail discounts on insurance, travel and technology, uniform allowance and employee referral program.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);">
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;">
- A current NSW Working with Children Check;">
