Job Description
We're seeking an accomplished product marketer with expertise in B2B retail distribution and e-commerce to lead our marketing efforts as Chief Marketing Strategist. Your key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue growth across our varied product portfolio under two separate brands. You'll also be responsible for working directly with retailers and distributors to understand customer needs and educate them on product specifics, collaborating with internal teams to identify challenges and create solutions, overseeing the performance of e-commerce, digital, print, and social media campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and leading and mentoring the marketing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in generalist marketing, gained in consumer goods, retail, apparel, or similar industries.
- Previous experience in driving marketing activities and sales across B2B retail distribution networks and e-commerce.
- Ability to collaborate across the business to understand challenges, innovate, identify opportunities, and work together to create solutions.
- Strong operational background in generalist marketing across brand, digital, e-commerce, partnerships, social media, trade shows, etc.
- Previous experience in managing marketing teams, with a positive, collaborative, and supportive approach to leadership and development.
