Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job DescriptionWe're looking for a results-driven professional to join our team as Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist. In this key role, you'll lead the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies that attract the best talent and drive business success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute company-wide recruitment plans that align with our organisational goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation in recruitment processes, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing market.
- Oversee high-volume recruitment campaigns, including apprenticeships, graduate programs, and trainee initiatives, showcasing Queensland Rail as an employer of choice.
- Analyse data to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring we build strong teams across the state.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO FOSTER COLLABORATION AND DRIVE RECRUITMENT SUCCESS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading high-performing recruitment teams and driving business results.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and best practices in talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Able to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
