About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Business Development Partner to join our team at REO Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a network of hiring managers and talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Foster relationships with talent to ensure they are aware of job opportunities and are equipped to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)
  • Strong pro-active sales experience
  • Experience in management client relationships and managing deliverables to clients
  • Strong evidence in billing capability
  • Collaborative in nature
  • Hungry to grow and thrive
