We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Business Development Partner to join our team at REO Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of hiring managers and talent in the insurance sector
  • Support clients in headhunting top talent to build high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with the team to execute strategic business growth plans and contribute to the broader business strategy
  • Manage client relationships and deliverables to ensure exceptional service
  • Drive business growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment, business development, and candidate management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
