We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our Korn Ferry RPO team, working with a prestigious Financial Services client.

As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all commercial and professional roles. This includes partnering with stakeholders, identifying and presenting top talent, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering value-added solutions and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage high volumes of recruitment, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the banking, finance, or insurance sector.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering a superior candidate and client experience.
