About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including recruitment consultants and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
