Financial Markets Agreement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and negotiating key financial markets agreements, including ISDA agreements covering derivatives transactions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with the business
  • Updating key bank systems with relevant information and participating in associated risk control and data quality activities
  • Collaborating closely with financial markets lawyers as required
