Senior Agreement Specialist

This newly created role reports to the General Counsel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing agreements to identify potential risks, conflicts and inconsistencies
  • Drafting and reviewing terms for standard agreements using company templates such as NDAs, reseller and distribution agreements and service agreements
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

The successful candidate will have a degree in law, business administration or equivalent experience in paralegal or contract management roles.
