As a Residential Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury residential homes in Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quality Control: Maintain high-end finishes and quality standards across all sites, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Time Management: Schedule and coordinate works to meet project deadlines, promoting timely completion of construction projects.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with architects, consultants, and clients through effective communication and collaboration.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce WHS compliance and manage site safety, maintaining a secure work environment for all personnel.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor progress, manage materials, and report on job status to stakeholders, providing regular updates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Lead on high-end residential builds ($25+).
• Carpentry or trade background highly regarded.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and finishes.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Passion for craftsmanship and building excellence.
• Current White Card, Driver's License, Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction.
