Luxury Home Contracts Expert

You will be a key liaison for high-end clients throughout the build process, ensuring a seamless journey and exceptional experience from contract signing to project completion.

  • Guide clients through the selection process, documenting specifications accurately.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates on project progress.
  • Prepare and administer building contracts with precision, including variations and progress claims.
  • Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor budgets and track costs, reporting regularly to keep projects aligned with client expectations.

About Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in residential construction (luxury or custom homes highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of building contracts, legislation, and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communication skills to build trust with high-end clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
