Senior Contract Administrator - Luxury Homes

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, variations, and progress claims.

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers is also a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail, numbers, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, including variations and progress claims
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assisting with procurement and contract negotiations
  • Managing RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts
  • Experience working on apartment or luxury home projects
  • A sharp eye for detail, numbers, and risk management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
