Sydney North Shore Contract Manager Position Available
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Contract Administrator to join a reputable builder based in Sydney's upper North shore. The company delivers high-quality luxury home and boutique apartment projects, prioritizing collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
Main Responsibilities:- Contract preparation, review, and management including variations and progress claims
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Assisting with procurement, trade package letting, and contract negotiations
- Managing RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to track budgets and costs
- 5+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts
- Experience working on apartment or luxury home projects
- A keen eye for detail, numbers, and risk management
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- A team player who is down-to-earth and results-driven
