Job Description:

This is a career-defining role with one of Sydney's most prestigious luxury residential builders. Specializing in architecturally designed, bespoke homes valued up to $10M, this builder has carved a name for excellence across Sydney's most affluent suburbs.

We're looking for an ambitious Contracts Administrator or Senior CA to join our tight-knit, high-performing team. The successful candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle across multiple high-end residential builds, including cost tracking, analysis, and forecasting, procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements, drafting and reviewing head contracts, scopes, and BOQs, processing progress claims and contract variations, building strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and consultants, and supporting PMs with project delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience as a CA or Estimator in residential construction
  • Confident pricing, negotiating, and managing scopes of work
  • Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
  • Construction-related degree or trade background
  • Passion for delivering luxury homes and desire to grow into a PM role
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate clearly across the board
