As a Luxury Homes Contracts Manager, you will oversee the entire contract journey from start to finish.

You will be the trusted point of contact for all client communications, guiding them through selections, variations, and progress claims.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through the contract process from signing to project completion
  • Manage client selections and ensure specifications are documented accurately
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
  • Prepare and administer building contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements
  • Monitor budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Support the Project Director to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations

About You:

  • Previous experience in residential construction (luxury or custom homes highly regarded)
