Lead a Digital Infrastructure Transformation Program

Serve as the strategic leader of a crucial program within our organization, overseeing the transformation of our network infrastructure. This role will involve rationalising legacy systems, reducing technical debt, and improving performance and security across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Network Refresh program, ensuring alignment with our organisation's long-term technology vision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, programme management, engineering, or business.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programmes, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Financial management, procurement, and reporting expertise.
  • Familiarity with programme methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and MSP.
