Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our Annecto Housing team on a casual basis. As a Support Worker, you will provide individualized support to people with complex needs in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including the use of equipment such as hoists and shower chairs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household management.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the Annecto Housing team to ensure seamless support and services.
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or similar.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with Annecto's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
- Experience assisting individuals with complex support needs and challenging behaviors.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
