We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and partners, ensuring their success with our CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers and partners via various channels, including phone, email, and support portal.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve installation, implementation, and production issues related to our CRM solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge, experience, and best practices with the support team to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and their voice is heard throughout the company.
  • Documentation: Document known solutions for internal collaboration and public consumption.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: 1+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role; knowledge of SQL; fast learning and quick thinking.
  • Soft Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English; ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM Experience: Experience with SugarCRM or other CRM/CX platforms.
  • Technical Background: Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP stack experience; experience with SaaS applications; knowledge of server-side scripting languages.

  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on experience.
