This individual will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and managers, working closely with business leaders to identify top talent, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the firm's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand recruitment requirements, develop workforce forecasting needs, and create and implement recruitment strategies to address those requirements.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and discussions to understand skills and experiences needed in the workforce to deliver on future talent needs.
  • Educate leadership on market trends, cycle times, and other key performance metrics, and leverage knowledge of business goals and mission to effectively design and execute recruiting strategies to achieve business needs.
  • Work with firm leadership and recruiting managers to drive firm-wide and segment-level strategies in line with FTI's values.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing recruiting team that can scale for the future, using metrics and coaching to develop recruiters.
  • Partner with multiple key stakeholders to understand business issues and propose integrated solutions that leverage best practices, process, technology, and services.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and recruitment team to drive diversity hiring initiatives and metrics.
  • Enhance reporting and metrics capture for strategic direction.
  • Develop and uphold recruiting metrics for recruiting teams and create accountability to deliver for business leaders.
  • Facilitate meetings between recruiting and other stakeholders to help drive successful projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of post-graduate relevant experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
  • 2+ years of experience leading large recruitment teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ensuring data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics.
  • Experience with CRM (Yello, Beamery, etc.) and ATS (Taleo, Workday, etc.).
  • Professional Services experience or an overall understanding of client service dynamics and the impact of support functions.
