Position Overview: The company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join their high-performing team based in a luxury office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through direct outreach with the goal of contacting 40 businesses per day.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the benefits of their energy solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' direct sales experience in a call centre environment or a door-to-door sales environment.
