We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role:

This is a senior sales position responsible for leading our Membership Consultants to achieve their sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will have experience in a sales environment, preferably within the health and fitness industry, and possess strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Membership Consultants to exceed sales targets and achieve set KPI's
  • Conduct face-to-face and telecommunication sales to prospective members
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Cultivate relationships with existing members and prospects to increase sales and retention
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the health and fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
  • Bonus structure based on individual and team performance
