Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Leader to join our team in North Ryde, Australia. As the key person responsible for expanding strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders in ANZ, you will play a critical role in building and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Dental Solution business segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy within ANZ, focusing on revenue growth through penetrating the current customer base and developing a net new customer base.
  • Lead the sales department staff to implement the execution plan and achieve budget targets.
  • Leverage Solventum's broad product portfolio to expand sales activities and work closely with the APAC Business Group Head to manage and control financials within the region.
  • Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on sales activity and forecast to the division.
  • Provide market feedback to the leadership team influencing product strategy and positioning.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to align with company values, growth, and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in the dental products or medical device industry, plus 5+ years of successful track record of managing a sizeable team.
  • Experience in a sales or marketing management position or similar in a business setting.
  • Strong experience in building channel partner relationships and managing overall channel processes, setting appropriate metrics for channel sales funnel management, and developing & building channel pipelines to opportunity close.
  • Prior experience in developing a high-performance culture.
Benefits

This is a hybrid-eligible role offering a competitive salary range of AUD $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary may vary based on factors like your background, skills, and qualifications.
