
Palliative Care Coordinator

What We're Looking For:- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Management, Case Management or equivalent with current registration - Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' postgraduate experience in palliative care and aged care.
- Experience with service development, planning, and implementation.
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
- A warm and compassionate manner.
- A current driver's licence and commitment to travel within Central Coast/Hunter Region and Sydney regions.
