Palliative Care Project Coordinator

About the Role:
The Project Coordinator - Palliative Care Services will oversee and coordinate palliative care service data capture, analysis, reporting processes, and support strategic planning to meet future needs. This role requires alignment with the end-of-life palliative care strategy to ensure local goals, priorities, and systems are in line with regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of palliative care service data collection and analysis
- Ensuring goal alignment within the regional palliative care strategy
- Supporting strategic planning for future needs and services
Requirements:
- Experience in data-driven evaluation in a health or palliative care setting
- Ability to manage complex projects requiring collaboration across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
