We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services to support the growth and development of our business.

  • Performance Framework Implementation: You will design and implement a performance review framework that aligns with our business goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with managers to schedule reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their performance.
