Senior Human Resources Business Partner

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with business goals and people strategy.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will partner with them to design and deliver HR and workplace strategies that meet business needs.

  • Partner with leaders to design and deliver HR and workplace strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent management and remuneration.
  • Lead and support Enterprise Agreement negotiations within your client groups.
  • Advising and coaching leaders on proactive team performance management, employee development and succession planning.
  • Drive attraction, retention and talent management initiatives to meet business needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Manage HR data, analytics and reporting to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support and lead HR projects to enhance service delivery and employee engagement.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role.
  • At least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering capacity.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent planning and HR analytics.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability with a pragmatic approach.
