About the OpportunityWe're seeking anHR Generalist who is proactive, knowledgeable, and people-focused to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll support the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws and industrial relations frameworks, and help shape a culture of engagement, collaboration, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing- Providing responsive HR support and advice to employees and managers
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Supporting staff learning and development, including training needs analysis
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with NDIS and HCP requirements
- Assisting in the rollout of HR systems and process improvements
- Supporting organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies
- Guiding leaders in effective performance management and people practices
- Ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks and Australian employment legislation
- Managing employee relations matters and mitigating associated risks
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and HR practices
- Supporting the success of the KompleteCare Quality Management System
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and empathetic approach to team and staff engagement
- Proven ability to coach managers and support a high-performance culture
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance skills
- A passion for people, continuous improvement, and positive impact
