Due to undergoing an exciting phase of innovation and organisational growth, this temporary vacancy is available for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to help support their workforce.

Your new role

In your new role as a HR business partner, you will provide high-level HR support across a workforce that is evolving to meet future challenges. You will be partnering with leaders to deliver tailored solutions that empower teams, enhance capability, and foster a culture of growth and innovation.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide strategic and operational HR support across dedicated business unitsLead and support employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and performance managementPartner with team leaders to implement HR initiatives that align with business goalsSupport workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processesContribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures

What you need to succeed

You will be a proactive and adaptable HR professional with a generalist background and a genuine passion for supporting people and driving positive workplace outcomes. With a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership, you will play a key role in delivering practical, people-focused solutions across the organisation.

Previous expertise in the South Australian State Government / South Australian Public Sector is high advantageous.
