About the Opportunity

We're seeking anHR Generalist who is proactive, knowledgeable, and people-focused to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll support the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws and industrial relations frameworks, and help shape a culture of engagement, collaboration, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing responsive HR support and advice to employees and managers
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Supporting staff learning and development, including training needs analysis
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with NDIS and HCP requirements
  • Assisting in the rollout of HR systems and process improvements
  • Supporting organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies
  • Guiding leaders in effective performance management and people practices
  • Ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks and Australian employment legislation
  • Managing employee relations matters and mitigating associated risks
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and HR practices
  • Supporting the success of the KompleteCare Quality Management System
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional and empathetic approach to team and staff engagement
  • Proven ability to coach managers and support a high-performance culture
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance skills
  • A passion for people, continuous improvement, and positive impact
