Job Opportunity

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with site leaders to drive employee engagement, retention and development strategies. This role requires a trusted HR partner who can provide expert advice and support to operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a strategic business advisor to site leaders
  • Develop and implement effective retention and development strategies
  • Manage employee relations matters including grievances and investigations
  • Champion employee recognition and performance management
  • Foster a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with People & Culture policies and standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role in a fast-paced, large-scale workforce
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Australia
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in blue-collar environments (desirable)

This role involves regular travel to client sites, including driving to locations in Adelaide and surrounding areas and flying to remote mining camps within South Australia.
