Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Office Manager of the Field Emergency Medical Officer Program in a variety of tasks, including budgeting, accounts payable, and secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager with budgeting and accounts payable tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team, including secretarial duties and data entry
- Organize Continuing Professional Development Days and events
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Completion of VCE or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current National criminal history check, or willingness to obtain
